This is only a log book

Just FYI, This is NOT THE FULL BOOK. It just empty training log forms - which is great if that's what you're looking for. I bought the full book too (highly recommend it).
The full book has a focus on "peaking" your training over several months. The full book contains only a enough log sheets to cover a few of these periods. This book with nothing but logs covers roughly 3 times as many training periods.

I'm still reading it. But it is amazingly well structured. Explains really well the "hows" and "whys" of the training. It covers all your questions as you read it. It makes it extremely comprehensive for total novices.
Undoubtly a helpful tool when you have no idea of what to do to improve your level of climbing.

So far this book is awesome. Still need to finish reading it, but very impressed with it so far. If you are looking for a quick fix this is not it, but if you are looking for solid, safe training methodology then this is the book.
